Randolph Street Gallery Survey, 1993
Visitors to Randolph Street Gallery’s 1993 exhibition “Under Contract” were asked to hypothetically barter between six items (grapes, apples, eggs, chicken leg, chicken wing, and whole chicken). A conversion chart was created using aggregated data from the surveys and sent to respondents.
